Our Mission

VETPET PARTNERS is an active coalition of companion animal advocates.  We are veterinarians, owner-caretakers,  rescue volunteers, veterinary support staff, responsible breeders, SAR handlers, therapy pet facilitators, and others who are committed to learn from and teach one another in true partnership on behalf of the animals whose welfare is our priority.

VETPET PARTNERS agree that the elements most essential to that welfare are the education and dedication of caretakers and veterinarians, working closely together in a climate of mutual respect and cooperation, to seek out optimal resources for the animals entrusted to us.

VETPET PARTNERS is a lively and friendly forum, a responsible information and education resource where all members can share information and insights pertinent to the current medical, behavioral, legal and societal issues affecting companion animals. We explore a broad spectrum of topics from both sides of the owner/veterinarian fence to gain a better and more practical understanding of how to achieve our shared goals and foster the health and dignity of the animals we're privileged to nurture.

We welcome your company, your questions and answers and information offerings, and your partnership in the VETPET PARTNERS commitment.
